2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

 

The general terms and conditions of sale are applicable to all products sold via our website, www.ateliercjk.ch. The website allows you to order, via internet, products of the brand ATELIER CJK.

ATELIER CJK may at any time update and modify its general terms and conditions of sales. Therefore, we recommend you checking back this page.

 

You will need to accept these terms and conditions in order to make a purchase. To indicate your acceptance, you will need to tick the box “I have read and agree to the general terms and conditions of sales”.

 

The website should be accessible to customers at all times. However, ATELIER CJK may decide to interrupt it for technical maintenance, in which case the company will try to inform customers in advance.

 

3. Order information and procedure

 

You can buy our products online. The website can be used to order products from ATELIER CJK for delivery in Europe. Orders placed on it are subject to the procedures described below.

 

3.1. Selection of the product(s)

 

On the website, the customer has the choice to add one or more products to its cart by clicking on “Add to cart”. She/He can view its cart at any time by clicking on the logo on the right top part of the website. From there, he can modify the quantity or delete an article.

 

3.2. Logging into the account

 

Once the customer has completed her/his selection and wants to validate her/his cart, he/she can log into his/her account or continue as a guest.

If the customer already has an account, he/she can log in. If the customer doesn’t have an account, he/she can create one. He/She will have to give all the necessary information.

 

3.3. Validation of the cart

 

The customer must fill up the information that are asked concerning the delivery address (name, surname, country, address, email, phone number) and select the chosen delivery method.

 

The customer will then be asked to select a payment method and to enter the necessary information. The customer must agree to the website terms and conditions in order to make an order. She/He can then click on “Place order” to finalize the order. Your order is then transmitted to ATELIER CJK for processing.

 

Please carefully check that the information you enter are correct as no modification can be done once the order has been placed.

 

3.4. Confirmation of the order

 

An order summary confirmation email is sent to the customer. In accordance with the provisions of Article 1126 of the Civil Code, the customer accepts the use of electronic mail for ATELIER CJK’ confirmation of the order content.

 

The receipt received by the customer includes the order number, the total amount of the order, the name of the products, the delivery address and the price of the items purchased. The customer will receive another email from ATELIER CJK when the other is shipped. The contract of sale is then definitely concluded.

 

4. Prices and method of payments

 

4.1. Prices

 

The prices of the product in swiss francs (CHF)include VAT but excludes delivery charges. All orders must be paid immediately at the time of ordering. We do not provide VAT refund service.

 

The prices indicated for each product are those in effect on the date of the purchase. ATELIER CJK reserves to right to modify the process of the products at any time and without any prior notice.

 

4.2. Method of payment - Payment by credit card

 

We accept payment by the following credit cards: Mastercard®, American Express® and Visa®.

 

By communicating his/her credit card number and bank details, the customer accepts in advance that ATELIER CJK proceeds with the transaction.

 

5. Delivery

 

ATELIER CJK delivers in Europe to postal addresses. The costs (if there are ones) of delivery will be as indicated on your checkout page. It will depend on your total order amount, the products you buy and your country.

 

Once the payment of the order has been made, we will start processing your order. The products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the checkout.

 

The delivery of the products ordered shall be made on the date or within the timeframe indicated during checkout. ATELIER CJK will deliver the products ordered by standard mail or express courier depending on what the customer selects and where she/he lives.

 

The delivery charges are borne by the customer and are communicated to the customer prior to the validation of the order. Furthermore, any additional charges such as (delivery expenses) are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (ex: strikes, etc.)

6. Returns and exchanges

 

Items can be exchanged within 7 working days of delivery of your order. Any exchange must be reported in advance by email and then validated by ATELIER CJK.

The costs of return and reshipping are the responsibility of the customer. Only jewelry returned in their original packaging, intact, with maintenance instructions and in perfect condition, will be exchanged. The jewelry must not have been worn, or have suffered damage and be in a state of perfect cleanliness. If these points are not respected, your jewelry cannot be exchanged.

For orders sent outside of Switzerland, the customer wishing to make an exchange must then ensure that customs charges will not be claimed from ATELIER CJK upon receipt of the returned package.

With the exception of the cases of non-compliance discussed above, ATELIER CJK will not refund. The customer then obtains a credit of the same value as the exchanged jewelry valid for 1 year.

Under no circumstances may ATELIER CJK be held liable for any damage not resulting from a failure from our part to comply with one of its obligations. Therefore, ATELIER CJK cannot be held responsible for any material damage related to the use of the website.
