SHIPPING
Delivery is free for Switzerland and payment is requested before sending your order. Upon confirmation of the latter and receipt of your payment, your order will be shipped within 3 working days. In periods of high activity, this period may be exceptionally extended.
All our packages to Switzerland are processed by post in priority. From order with amount upon CHF 180, your package will be sent by registered mail. The receipt of the package will then be against signature.
If you are absent during the delivery of your parcel, a calling card will be delivered to your letterbox inviting you to collect your parcel from the post office as soon as possible.When you do not collect your parcel within the allotted time and returned to us, you will be charged for the second shipment.
We undertake to give you a credit or to exchange all the jewels which arrived defective, damaged or damaged during the sending, or which do not correspond to your order.
You then have 3 days from delivery to write any complaint to info@ateliercjk.ch. After this period, and failing to comply with this formality, the items must be confirmed and no complaint can be validly accepted by ATELIER CJK.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items can be exchanged within 7 working days of delivery of your order. Any exchange must be reported in advance by email and then validated by ATELIER CJK.
The costs of return and reshipping are the responsibility of the customer. Only jewelry returned in their original packaging, intact, with maintenance instructions and in perfect condition, will be exchanged. The jewelry must not have been worn, or have suffered damage and be in a state of perfect cleanliness. If these points are not respected, your jewelry cannot be exchanged.
For orders sent outside of Switzerland, the customer wishing to make an exchange must then ensure that customs charges will not be claimed from ATELIER CJK upon receipt of the returned package.
With the exception of the cases of non-compliance discussed above, ATELIER CJK will not refund. The customer then obtains a credit of the same value as the exchanged jewelry valid for 1 year.
